10 years ago, founder Anita was strolling through a busy souk in Dubai when an alluring scent caught her attention. She discovered a powerful perfume essence called Oud - a highly concentrated extraction from Agarwood trees - also known as Liquid Gold. Upon returning to her home island of Bali, Anita realized Oud was nowhere to be found. She wanted other people to feel the same way she felt when she breathed the Oud perfume - that feeling of comfort and calm, that wave of nostalgia only a fragrance can manifest. She made it her mission to bring Oud essential oils to Bali and combine it with local Indonesian ingredients to create relaxing, timeless fragrances. After countless magical mixtures with earth-based ingredients, was born.
