INNI PRICING DOES NOT INCLUDE CUSTOMS/IMPORT DUTY FEES OR TAXES WITH YOUR PURCHASE. To be fully aware of any taxes, duties, or customs regulations relating to your country of residence, we suggest contacting your local customs office directly.

PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS CLAUSE IF SHIPPING YOUR ITEM INTERNATIONALLY. INNI takes pride in shipping to all corners of the globe, however, due to varying shipping regulations from country to country it is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of any fees that may be applicable upon arrival. For example, some countries may charge additional taxes, payable by the receiver of the goods prior to collection.

Although vigilant in making our products available internationally, we cannot stay up to date with the customs regulations within all countries worldwide. We strongly advise that you become familiar with the policies of your resident country in order to avoid disappointment regarding any fees that may apply.

INNI is not responsible for any dispute between you the buyer and the customs agency within your country of residence. We cannot advise you on specific customs regulations according to your location. In the case of a dispute between the buyer and their local customs department, INNI will not be liable for returns or refunds.

TRACK YOUR DELIVERY WITH EASE!

The moment your INNI products have been packed and shipped you will receive a notification via email. With this, you will find a link to easily track the delivery of your products online. Please check your email spam folder every so often as these emails are automated and sometimes may end up there.

Once the products have reached your local area, a dispatch person may contact you to confirm the delivery. In the unfortunate circumstance that you are unable to be contacted after multiple attempts, the shipping company states that “If the consignee is not responding on email or phone number, the order will be automatically returned to the supplier or destroyed at shipping facility depending upon the policy of that country”

With this in mind, please take special care to follow the progress of your delivery and make yourself available for contact once they have reached your local area. INNI will not be held liable for the decisions made by the shipping company if you are unavailable to receive your order.

PROCESSING TIME AND DELIVERY

All orders will take 15-20 business days to prepare for dispatch. Once dispatched, please expect a shipping time of 7-10 working days. This does not include weekends or public holidays.

Again, remember to track the progress of your delivery online.

In the case of busy holiday periods or rare events such as pandemic outbreaks, our shipping regulations may be adjusted, resulting in possible delays. Please note that such a situation is beyond our capacity to control and we will be unable to provide refunds due to any unforeseen delays.
